With over 18 years of experience in leading service operations, I bring a passion for delivering excellence and building strong customer-centric processes. Having worked with leading brands like Motorola, Essar Telecom Retail, Service City India, and Videocon, I’ve developed a deep understanding of quality service, retail dynamics, and operational efficiency. My academic background in BE and PGDBA (Operations) has equipped me with a strong foundation in strategic planning and team leadership.
